LET US HELP YOU RAISE MONEY FOR YOUR NON-PROFIT!

 

The Mouse Detectives would love to be a part of your school/organization fundraising efforts! We will donate $25 for each Disney Destinations package* reservation made through our agency by family and friends of your organization. This program is offered year round, and donations are paid on a quarterly basis. Walt Disney World is a popular destination for many families in the area, and this is a great way for us to be able to give a little something back while planning a magical family vacation! Just let us know where you would like your donation to go, and we will get it there for you! Regardless of whether or not your non-profit signs up with us, we will donate! However, if your non-profit like to fund raise with us, and promote the fundraiser to friends and family, all you need to do is follow these steps:

1.      A simple response to this invitation expressing your interest is the first step! You can contact us at vacations@themousedetectives.com or 504-931-8310.

2.      Once you have communicated your interest, we will need your organizations W-9 so that we can get the appropriate documentation to you regarding donations at the end of the year. (You can obtain a W-9 here: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf) To get your EIN or Taxpayer ID# you will need to contact your organization’s leader. (i.e. principal, director, president, etc.)

3.      Sign our Fundraiser Agreement.

4.      Let your friends and family know about our fundraiser! We can supply a PDF flyer as well as a FAQs flyer to get you started!

It’s that easy! Once your party has traveled, The Mouse Detectives will send you a quarterly itemized list of bookings and donations along with a check written to your school/organization**. Please feel free to call or email us with any questions that you may have, and we can get started!
